Course Crafters specializes in the K-12 ELL market. Our company
makes it a priority to keep current on ELL market developments and
demographics and then to gather, analyze, and interpret these facts
and figures for our clients.
Our company led the way in the collection and analysis
of ELL market data with the publication of The
Course Crafters Guides to the English Language Learner (ELL) Market in 2003,
a rich compendium of market statistics and information, including
ELL enrollment figures, funding, materials expenditures, and much
more. Course Crafters updated these guides in 2005, and we will
continue to conduct ongoing research on ELLs, their needs, and market
opportunities to ensure that we and our clients are always on the
leading edge of this burgeoning and exciting market.
Our newest market publications include:
Course Crafters also publishes The
ELL Outlook™ on a bimonthly basis, an e-mail newsletter
that reports on the latest news, programs, and research in the growing
ELL field.

Course Crafters /EMR National Survey of ELL Student
and Teacher Materials, 2005
In 2005, Course Crafters, in cooperation with Education Market Research
(EMR), conducted a ten-state market survey of mainstream
classroom teachers, ESL/bilingual teachers, principals, and
supervisors, to determine current usage and future needs of
instructional materials for English Language Learners, grades
K-5 and 6-12.
In addition to information on ELL materials teachers use and want to buy, the study estimates the current (2004-2005) school-year
