Alex Ragan, Research and Development Manager. Alex conducts ongoing research on ELLs, manages research and consulting projects, and is developing Course Crafters' proprietary products for ELLs. Since joining Course Crafters in early 2002, Alex created The ELL Outlook™, a monthly e-newsletter for educators and publishers, and acts as the writer- researcher, and editor-in-chief for that publication. He also planned and directed the development of The Course Crafters Guides to the English Language Learner (ELL) Market, on which he also acted as the primary researcher, writer, and project leader from Fall 2002 to Summer 2003. Alex works closely with Dr. Suzanne Irujo on the research and development of all Course Crafters’ new products, including the Teach for Success ELL professional development program. He is currently enrolled at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in pursuit of a master’s degree, Specialized Program. Contact alex@coursecrafters.com.
